As the community heads into another cold snap, preparations are being made to protect those at risk. As of February 26th, an Emergency Warming Centre is now fully activated with daytime warming hours available until March 4, 2024.
The shelter has the capacity to host up to 30 individuals and can provide them with water, warm drinks, snacks and a warm place to shelter over the next week.
